Before your first request

Buying USDT or USDC

Choose a stablecoin and review your quote. Provide your Binance UID, linked email or phone. Our team confirms your local payment before making the manual payout.

Create a Sell request first. Use only the receiving details on that request. The team verifies your USDT or USDC before arranging the chosen local-currency payout.

Choose South Africa or Zimbabwe as your sending country. Enter the recipient's bank or mobile details and review what they should receive. Send does not require their Binance details.

Understanding your quote

Buy adds the fee to the payment due. Sell and Send deduct it before calculating the payout. Check the quoted rate, totals and expiry before paying.

Choosing a payout method

South Africa receives EFT to Bank. Zimbabwe receives EcoCash, EFT to Bank or Cash Collection. Ready for collection means the cash can be picked up, not that pickup is complete.
